within California, Arizona and Nevada via Golden
State Overnight unless advised to do
otherwise. All other shipments are sent via
United Parcel Service. FedEx 2 Day is
available, but will increase the shipping costs.
Wine and Shipping Prices and states to which we
cannot ship are subject to change at any time
without notice. As of this writing, we ship
to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado,
Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan,
Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New
Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas,
Washington, and Wisconsin. Please contact us
regarding shipments to states not listed here.
You
must be over 21 years of age to order and an adult
signature is required to receive the wine.
Through the use of this form authorization is made
to bill the credit card listed below (if used) at
the time of shipment. Quantities limited. Internet
Orders may not be accepted from Minnesota, but you
can call us (see below). All shipping rules
and prices subject to change without notice. The
above rates include a $1.75 UPS Adult Signature Fee.
FedEx
shipments
will increase the shipping rates.
If your order is
received Wednesday or later, it will not be
shipped until the following Monday unless other
arrangements are made. (We don't want your
shipment to sit in a UPS warehouse over the weekend,
particularly during the warmer summer months.)
Chocolate items
cannot be shipped during hot summer months and must
be picked up at the tasting room.
As
always, limits do not apply to Plutonium Wine Club
Members.
As many
people do not choose to enable Javascript, this
form does not automatically calculate totals, so
please fill in the following. We
will review your order and make any corrections
as needed.
SECURITY STATEMENT
For your security, our web based ordering
process utilizes the most up to date PGP
technology. This software ensures that all
sales transaction information is transferred
safely via encrypted methods.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information you provide Nadeau Family
Vintners will not be shared or sold to other
companies. The information is utilized so that
we may offer a superior level of customer
service reflective of the quality of our
wines.
SHIPPING POLICY
Nadeau Family Vintners uses the best method
shipping platform to utilize the most
economical, efficient and quality conscious
shipment of wine to our customer. We ship on
Mondays for most orders and will delay
shipments to avoid temperature extremes. If
your order needs to arrive by a particular
date, such as for a gift or prior to travel,
please call us directly. We charge our
customer only what it costs us to have your
wine packed and shipped to you safely and
legally.
We strongly recommend delivery of wine
shipments to a business, rather then a home
address. Shipment of wine requires an adult
signature. If an adult (21 years or older with
proper identification of age) is not available
to receive this package, additional attempts
to deliver will be made. If these attempts are
unsuccessful, your order will be returned to
the distribution center it originated from,
resulting in additional shipping costs.

our priority. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your order please contact us
within 3 days of receipt of your order for
